There are many people that don't like the third book as much as the other two but I disagree. In the third book Katniss goes to District 13 and helps rebel against the capitol. For the past 75 years the capitol has had this thing called the hunger games. They started right after the dark days, which were when the districts first rebelled; this was to show the capitol's power over all of the districts. In the third book Katniss goes to a few of the districts to get them to rebel. Unfortunately she gets hurt and wants to go to the capitol to destroy snow, but Beetee the person who is in charge of her in thirteen says that she has to go through training in order to go. She trains for several days and then her instructor approves her. She gets put into a special squad with other victors that escaped with her from the games. They go to the capitol so they can kill President Snow. Not all of them will live but you'll have to see for yourself what happens at the end. Although the book was easy to read, it was incredibly addicting. I could not put it down once I started reading. The only challenge I had during the book was pushing myself to read through the slow parts in the book. In this book you never know what will happen next. You think one thing will happen and then something else happens instead. This whole book was written in Katniss' point of view. It is like your imagining what she is thinking. I would recommend this book to people who like action at some points but calmer parts at some points as well.
